Family therapy sessions can be offered to families who experience conflicts, misunderstandings or other issues that restrict them from living a happy, fulfilling life together. Family sessions usually last one hour and typically take place on a bi-weekly basis. Family members are invited to share and explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe, non-judgmental environment with the aim of improving relationships and family functioning.

  • Illness in the family

  • Divorce

  • Problems at school
