Personal therapy consists of individual (one-to-one) 50-minute sessions. These sessions usually take place on a weekly basis. Personal therapy can help people who feel stuck in unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving and seek new ways of dealing with daily life issues. It can be a journey of exploration that leads to a better understanding of self. People are supported to take a step forward towards improving the quality of their life.
