After you contact me, we will agree on a date for an initial consultation. The purpose of this meeting is to find out more about you, the issues that concern you, what you are hoping for and also for you to get a better understanding of what I can offer and decide if you want to work with me. We will talk about the therapy contract and, if we decide to start working together, we will agree on an initial number of sessions. These initial sessions might be enough for you or we may decide that additional sessions are needed. Our work will be regularly reviewed to ensure that it meets your needs and is helpful for you.
